We’re fast approaching our busiest time of the year, upgrade season. So much to do: upgrade your company file, load your payroll tax tables, run your first payroll of the year, upgrade your custom forms, run W-2 forms.
For MYOB Customer Care, our call volumes increase to ten times what we normally see during the course of the year. This year, we want to make the process as simple and pain free as possible, so here is what you can expect.
Customer ServiceIf you call our Customer Service line, (800) 322-6962, you can expect to have your order placed as efficiently as possible, have order related issues resolved, or get help confirming or activating your company file.
Please do not call our Customer Service line and ask to be transferred to support. We do not provide technical support on this line.
Upgrade SupportAll upgraders are eligible for 30 days of complimentary phone support. Just call (973) 586-2325 to speak with a support rep. The support is free. This line is available from 9 am to 6 pm ET, Monday through Friday.

As a Complete Support customer, you can submit a case online. Online support is available during business hours, Monday through Friday, but you’re free to submit cases at your convenience at night or on weekends.
